1 large of Onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh Basil (optional) for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Start by slicing your bell peppers and onions into thin strips. This ensures even cooking and enhances the dish’s texture. If you're using sausage links, remove the casings for bite-sized chunks.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Make sure the oil is hot enough before adding ingredients to create a satisfying sear.
