  • 2 teaspoons salt (Himalayan salt recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (fresh if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the tri tip roast dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, rosemary, and thyme.
  2. Optional: Sear the roast in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
