Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the flavors to meld together.
