  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or beef and pork blend), breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, and salt.
