Ingredients
Scale
8 pieces Chicken thighs
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 teaspoons Paprika
4 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, olive oil, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the flavorful marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to infuse the meat.
Prepare your grill for direct high-heat cooking. If using a charcoal grill, arrange the hot coals in an even layer. For a gas grill, preheat all burners to high heat.
Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and place it on the preheated grill grates. Close the grill lid and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping the chicken pieces every 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a digital meat thermometer.
Once the chicken is cooked through, transfer it to a clean cutting board and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the grilled chicken with the chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot, surrounded by your favorite sides.
