1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help the coating adhere. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the chicken with the olive oil, ensuring an even coating. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
