  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion, and garlic. Use your hands or a fork to mix the ingredients thoroughly, being careful not to overmix.
