1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of jasmine rice
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 inch of grated ginger
2 stalks of chopped green onions
2 tbsp of soy sauce

Instructions
Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure the chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces for quick cooking. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger to release their aromatic oils.
In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and maple syrup. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
