1 medium Onion, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Chili powder

2 tbsp Vegetable oil
8–10 Wooden skewers (for grilling)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground kangaroo meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands or a fork to mix the ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated.
Divide the kofta mixture into equal portions and shape them into oblong, sausage-like pieces, about 4-5 inches long and 1-inch thick. Gently press the mixture onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each kofta.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place the skewered kofta into the hot oil and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and the exterior is nicely browned.
