2 tablespoons Local Honey
1 cup Seasonal Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
2 tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 ounces Local Gin or Vodka
4 ounces Soda Water
Instructions
Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
Drizzle the honey over the muddled mint and stir until dissolved.
