  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Toss the ingredients together until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Prepare your grill for direct, high-heat cooking. If using a charcoal grill, arrange the coals in an even layer. If using a gas grill, preheat it to a high temperature (around 400°F-450°F).
