  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
