Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
In a shallow bowl, combine the mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Dip each pounded chicken breast into the mayonnaise-breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Gently press the coating onto the chicken to help it adhere.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the baked chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
