Enjoy Crispy Air Fryer Fish with Delicious Power Tech Easy cook tech delivers perfectly crunchy fish every time Ideal for quick healthy meals
Ingredients
Scale
1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia), cut into 1-inch thick pieces
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the fish fillets in the flour, coating them evenly on all sides. Dip the floured fillets into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, press the fish into the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, ensuring a generous coating on all surfaces.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the breaded fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through, until the breading is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
Serve the crispy air fryer fish hot, accompanied by fresh lemon wedges.
