  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a touch of heat)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Begin by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large skillet or sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is foaming, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the cubed chicken to the pan with the garlic butter and spread it into a single layer. Allow the chicken to sear undisturbed for 3-4 minutes, or until it develops a nice golden-brown crust. Flip the chicken pieces and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
