  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 oz. fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season them with the garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté them for 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
