4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
8 oz. cooked ham, diced
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, sliced Swiss cheese, and diced ham. Gently toss the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, cheese, and ham mixture, and gently fold everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated.
Spread the chicken and sauce mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the buttery breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
