2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
12 ounces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
32 ounces of frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 cup of sliced mushrooms or diced onions for added flavor
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning mix. Toss the ingredients together until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
