- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 mini sliders buns
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or skillet-cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Slice the slider buns in half. Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half, drizzle Alfredo sauce on top, and cover with the other half of the bun.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, place assembled sliders back in the pan. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until buns are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
