  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the birch syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and black pepper.
