2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
Begin by patting the beef strips dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the beef strips in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it develops a nice, caramelized crust.
In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium-high and add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and caramelize.
Return the seared beef strips to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Add the garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt as needed.
Continue cooking the beef and vegetable mixture for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
