  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients together until well-incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Shape the meatloaf mixture into a compact loaf, approximately 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Carefully transfer the meatloaf to the prepared air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the meatloaf for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Halfway through the cooking time, flip the meatloaf gently to ensure even browning on all sides.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the top of the meatloaf with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar. This will create a delicious caramelized glaze that adds an extra layer of flavor.
