Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs Ground beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 large Eggs
1 medium Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients together until well-incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Shape the meatloaf mixture into a compact loaf, approximately 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Carefully transfer the meatloaf to the prepared air fryer basket.
Air fry the meatloaf for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Halfway through the cooking time, flip the meatloaf gently to ensure even browning on all sides.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the top of the meatloaf with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar. This will create a delicious caramelized glaze that adds an extra layer of flavor.
