1/4 cup Olive oil

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Peel and finely mince all 50 garlic cloves.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Stir the mixture until well combined.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Using your fingers, gently loosen the skin from the flesh, creating a pocket for the garlic-herb mixture. Spoon the mixture into the pocket, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
